From the OC to W2 comes a boutique right out of the trendy west coast fashion houses of Los Angeles and New Orleans. Crimson is one of Connaught Village’s newest stores, specialising in a unique array of US East & West Coast clothing and kitsch accessories.

Owner, Anmarie McDonald, has created a store rich in Parisian bonhomie whilst retaining a modern charm. If a store is a reflection of its owner then Anmarie has stamped her personality all over it.

Crimson brings an altogether fresh feel to the village. Anmarie describes herself as a ‘playwright’ turned retailer. She has headed PR departments at major American theatres in Los Angeles and Washington as well as having spent some time in Zimbabwe, Africa.

London is a new adventure and Crimson a new stage for the delightful owner whose charm and welcoming manner is worn as appealingly as one of her accessories.
