Markus Coffee

When you walk into Markus Coffee shop you are immediately hit with various types of coffee aromas; from Guatemala to Brazil and Tanzania – all the flavours of the world under one roof roasted on the premises.

Markus Coffee was established in 1957, set up to trade with the objective of supplying high quality coffee to the restaurants and public in Marble Arch and the West End area.

This they do very well! All you have to do is walk past the charming little store at the top of Connaught Street and it is easy to see why it is one of the village’s longest established and most popular businesses.

The vast array of smells once you enter the store are almost hypnotic and it becomes a struggle to decide which of the 27 different flavoursome beans you want to leave with. It’s the reason why so many people make regular visits to the store.

As well as coffee beans, Markus Coffee stocks coffee makers, sugars and for the none coffee drinkers, a great selection of teas!
