Their mission and passion is to inspire people to savour a new generation of craft fine and pure chocolate made with the best cacao in the world. They sort, roast, winnow, grind the beans, conch, temper, mould and wrap each of their chocolate bars by hand. They only use 2 ingredients in their chocolate – finest organic cacao beans and organic cane sugar.
