Tell us about your role and your business...  

We are a family business which has been operating for over 30 years, offering exclusive luxury catered ski holidays in the Three Valleys and Val d’Isère, and now a boutique collection of villas on the Côte d’Azur, Mallorca, and new for 2022, Ibiza. My role as Commercial Director is overseeing the entire customer service process from start to finish, which involves heading up sales, marketing and customer relations. 

What inspired you to choose a career in travel?  

A love of traveling, a love of France, and the enjoyment of creating holiday experiences and special memories for our clients. 

Based on your own experience, what advice would you have for women wanting to get into your industry, or start a business of their own?   

There are undoubtedly challenges women have to navigate in the industry, but ultimately I have found that for me, success simply comes down to continual hard work and determination.

What are the plans for your business in Connaught Village?  

We plan to continue expanding our portfolio of luxury and chalet holidays in the French Alps and on the Mediterranean coast. Our bright and spacious shop front is the ideal location to welcome clients and discuss their holidays. We also look to engage more with new local clients interested in planning a special family trip, and tailoring an exclusive holiday for them.

Which women have inspired you most throughout your life?

My mother, who worked hard all her life, but always endeavoured to make time for my sister and I. She took time to listen to us and to encourage us, and still does despite us both being mothers ourselves who are busy balancing work and family life. I strive to ensure that, like her, I make time for the people in my life, both at work and at home, by being there for them and listening properly.
