Formally Kay & Co, Chairman Samuel Bikhit founded the company in 1982, he continues to oversee the business alongside his son Martin who joined the company in 1997 while his daughter, Sarah joined in 2013 and today is a Senior Lettings Advisor. In September 2018, Kay & Co was identified by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as the favourite partner for the London market and subsequently was rebranded Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co. In 2021, the acquisition of 163-year-old Marler & Marler, established Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co | Marler & Marler, adding the overarching ‘London’ to encompass both businesses and expanding their already recognisable presence across prime central London.
