Connaught Village’s latest arrival, London Chocolate can be found at 17 Connaught Street. They liken chocolate making to Italian cooking – when it comes to ingredients, less is more. The fresher and finer the better. Therefore, their chocolate is made with only two ingredients: fine flavour cacao and natural cane sugar. Their chocolate bars express the undiluted tasting notes and full flavour profiles of the exquisite beans.
To craft their chocolate they roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and temper in small batches, before individually moulding and wrapping them by hand. Their wonderful chocolate is made fresh in their Connaught Village factory and shop and it’s certainly worth stopping by!
Lacquered + Stripped, found at 7 Porchester Place is an eco-conscience salon, focusing on sustainability and using vegan products. The products are all ethically sourced, eco-friendly and cruelty-free. As well as being conscious of the products they are using, they are also a sustainable salon. Absolutely everything in the salon is cruelty-free! Lacquered + Stripped want to do their bit for the planet.
